Where psychology meets mysticism, and self-actualization is empowered by the modern application of ancient wisdom.
Welcome — I’m So Glad You’re Here
I’m Dr. Andra Brosh, a licensed Clinical Psychologist and founder of the Mirrored Self Method™, a depth-oriented proprietary model of psychotherapy that integrates Psychology, Archetypal Astrology, Tarot, and mind-body practices.
You’ve probably landed here because you’re someone who has done the “work”. You've been in therapy. Maybe for years. You've read the books, learned the language, done the somatic work, tracked the patterns. You can name your attachment style and identify your triggers and explain your family system with a clarity that would impress most clinicians.
But you're still stuck.
Not stuck in a crisis. Not falling apart. Functioning well, actually — maybe even impressively well from the outside. But there's something underneath all of that functioning that hasn't moved. Something that the therapy, for all its value, never quite reached. A place in you that all the insight and language and self-awareness somehow passed over, leaving you with the strange, lonely experience of knowing yourself very well and still not feeling free.
If that's you, I want to say something directly: it's not because you haven't worked hard enough. And it's not because you're broken in some way that resists healing. It's because what you needed was depth, and what you were given was width.
When I think about the people who find me, what they share isn't a lack of self-knowledge. It's the exhaustion of having done everything right and still feeling like something fundamental hasn't shifted. They've been in the shallow end long enough. They know something more is possible. They just haven't found a container that can hold it.
That's what I'm here for. Not to give you more tools or more frameworks or more ways to understand yourself. You already have those. I'm here to go somewhere with you that the other work couldn't reach — slowly, precisely, without shortcuts — because that place is where the real becoming happens.
Not wider. Deeper.
